DR. mohamed azzam el lazkani
Chief Executive Officer
Doctor Azzam El lazkani, the founder the Island Falcon Group was for 24 years, the Services and Marketing Manager of Al Noor Hospital whereby; due to his personal traits and marketing skills, laid the foundation for Al Noor Hospital from its roots to what the facility is today.
He founded Island Falcon in 2003 and guided the Company to a formidable entity, thus gaining the respect from its Competitors and Clientele, especially within the ADNOC Group of Companies. In 2009, he initialized the process of having Island Falcon Medical Supplies as the first ‘Contractor’ to acquire a Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) facility license. From then onwards the company, under his guidance, expanded in additional services for Manpower and Recruitment, Ambulatory Services, Medical Facilities Management and Home care.

Roula El lazkani
Assistant General Manager
Roula, as part owner of Island Falcon Group is the corporate backbone of the office team in implementing the company policies, rules and regulations under the guidance of Dr Azzam. She oversees the daily management and operational aspects of the Company and instructs the departmental managers accordingly and administration staff for the day-to-day operations and administration procedures.
Roula acts on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer for the overall management of the Company during his absence when he has to constantly travel overseas for our coordinated business in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro
Roula, with her pleasant yet determined personality is in held in high esteem with all employees of the Group.

Oasis Fernandes
HR & Administration Manager
Oasis has been with Island Falcon since 2004 and was the key factor in setting up the business under the guidance of Dr Azzam.
With 35 years of management experience in various companies in Qatar and the U.A.E., Oasis has directed his skills for the growth and development of the Company with his ‘open ‘door’ policy with all employees seeking his assistance.
With his pleasant nature and managerial skills, Oasis has proven his ability in successfully coordinating with all HR & Administration personnel and their line Managers within the ADNOC Group of Companies and various Clients for their offshore and onshore projects, thus gaining the reputation of providing professional services to all Client’s.

Mohamed Haneefa Faisaar
Finance Manager
Faisaar, with an experience of more than 25 years in Banking, Pharmaceutical and Medical Industries, has brought his vast knowledge and experience to Island Ffalcon Medical Supplies and is is a vital part of the Organization.
He joined the Company in 2012 after 18 years in the accounts department of with Al Noor Hospital (Mediclinic Al Noor Hospital) His vast banking and accounting experience has added to the financial gains of the organization and his positive advice to the Chief Executive Officer relates to the growth of Island Falcon Medical Supplies.
Faisaar manages the daily, monthly and year end audit reports of the Company and coordinates with all departments on a daily basis with regards to the proper management of the financial division of Island falcon Group of Companies.

Emad Abdalla
Operations Manager
Emad Abdalla, was the key factor in setting up the Manpower Division, with 12 years of hands on experience in his field.
With his considerable experience and language skills, Emad has the capability of solving issues with all workers in an amicable and professional manner whilst retaining the policies and procedures of the Company.
The Manpower Division, under his supervision has reflected the Company’s dedication to its Clients and employees which has superseded the Company’s expectations on his capabilities and professional traits.
Emad is considered to be a vital part of the organization, whereby his managerial and operational skills provides the back bone of the professional services Island Falcon renders to its Clients and employees likewise.
